2. Bookings and Confirmations

Bookings are made through our website or via WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions or insufficient group size.

3. Free Tour Gratuities

Our Free Tours do not have a set price. Participants are encouraged to provide a voluntary tip or gratuity at the end of the tour, based on their level of satisfaction and the quality of the service provided by the guide.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

We kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled tour. For paid tours, specific cancellation policies apply as communicated at the time of booking.

5. Participant Conduct and Safety

Safety is our priority. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tours and must follow the guide's instructions. We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others.

6. Liability

Free Tour Cartagena and its guides are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tours. We recommend that participants have their own travel insurance.
